Australian Sarah Hay won 1st Place and was “Winner at the Tilt” at the Harcourt Park World Invitational Jousting Tournament in the Jousting Competition back in February 2013. This isn’t her first victory, either. And I love her motto: “Courage, Passion and Integrity.”
