This morning I put the finishing touches on The Proposal From Hell. I’ve been studying with the fantastic writer, Rita Williams, to pummel, cajole and tease this thing into the shape it needs to be. Our final meeting was last Thursday night.

I sent The Proposal From Hell to my agent this morning.

And she LOVES IT.

Like LOVES LOVES LOVES it with big pink hearts, wet kisses and bear hugs from the Big Apple, not to mention triumphant fireworks exploding in the sky over Sleeping Beauty’s Castle.

I’m so relieved and happy. I’ve been working on this damned thing since last October. It’s enormous. It’s detailed. It’s top-effing-secret. It’s the hardest thing I’ve ever written in my entire life. And now it seems it will soon be landing on the desks of major publishing houses everywhere.

Oh, dear. I have the jitters.
